Lotte Tourism Development Co., the operator of Jeju Dream Tower Resort, which has foreign-only casinos on Jeju Island, posted net casino sales of 43.68 billion won ($33.4 million) in 2022, up 107.7% from 21.03 billion won in 2021.
The company said the casino division of the property had operating losses of just under 16.45 billion won in 2022 compared to an operating loss of nearly 10.24 billion won the previous year. 경마사이트프로
Lotte Tourism Development Co. said Thursday its net loss in the casino sector reached 16.33 billion won, widening from a net loss of 10.46 billion won in 2021.
The depreciation cost of the casino sector is about 11.93 billion won from 9.76 billion won in 2021 to December 31, 2022.
Jeju Dream Tower’s interest-related expenses in 2022 were 69.61 million won, down 52.0% from 144.92 million won in 2021.
According to Lotte Tourism Development on the 9th, the group’s total sales amounted to KRW 183.67 billion and operating loss of KRW 118.74 billion in 2022, approaching KRW 107.07 billion in annual sales and KRW 131.25 billion in operating loss in 2021.
