Hyo Joo Kim ties for third in 3R at U.S. Women’s Open
South Korean Hyo Joo Kim is tied for third place after three rounds of the U.S. Women’s Open, the third major of the season.
Kim carded two birdies and three bogeys for a 1-over par 73 on the third day of play at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California, USA.
Her four-under-par 212 total puts her in a tie for third place, three shots behind leader Nasa Hataoka of Japan.
If Kim wins this tournament, she will have won two majors in nine years since the 2014 Evian Championship.
Shin Ji-ae and Hae-ran Lee finished the third round in a tie for fifth.
